Gregory Griffin
President, High End Homes
Greg’s vast construction experience spans over a 30 year career, including his most recent 16 year
career with Williamscraft Builders as Manager of their high end homes division. Greg was selected to
manage the construction efforts of such prestigious communities as The Boulevard, Lassiter Walk, and
Stonewalk. During his tenure at Williamscraft, Greg was responsible for delivering over 800 exclusive
homes to satisfied customers in the Atlanta Metro Area, including Wilmont’s personal home.
Prior to being recruited by Wilmont Williams, Greg’s construction experience began in 1977 in Florida
with U.S. Homes as a builder superintendent followed by a lead builder position with Joyner Construction in
1981. In 1984 he started his own home building business, Griffin Construction, and after many successful
years, moved his company to Atlanta, Georgia and focused on contracting commercial construction and retail
tenant improvements.
Greg’s homebuilding experience is surpassed by none and includes all aspects of planning design, complete
project management and construction.
Chris Whittaker
Director of Production Housing
As Director of Construction and a Construction Partner, Chris Whittaker brings nearly 20 years of production
homebuilding experience to High Craft homes. Chris’s duties include managing the day to day construction
operations, and administering the warranty service process. Most recently Chris has served as President of
a regional Georgia production building company for the last four years. Chris has amassed considerable management
and building experience with such distinguished companies as Pulte Homes and Standard Pacific. Chris earned a
position of Construction Manager with both firms overseeing multiple communities ranging in price from the
$100,000’s to over one million. Chris has successfully constructed over 750 residential homes between Georgia
and Florida. Chris resides in Forsyth County with his wife and 3 children.
Brent Reeves
Director
Brent is a Florida native and a graduate of the University of Florida with a Bachelor’s
Degree in Resource Economics, and served 8 years in the Marine Corps Reserve. Brent started
in 1996 building vacation homes along Lake Lanier. Since that time Brent has compounded his
knowledge and experience in all aspects of residential and commercial real estate, including
investments, finance, construction, development leasing, sales and marketing. Over the past
9 years Brent has developed as a principal, over 400 residential and commercial lots in seven
developments both for local and national builders as well as successfully Co-founding (2)
equity investment companies, a land development company, (2) home building companies and a Real
Estate Brokerage franchise. Brent’s expertise is utilized in the company’s equity investments,
financial oversight and capitalization. Brent resides in the City of Milton with his wife and 2
children.
Chris Cole
Director
Chris, a native of Louisiana, earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering from the
University of Mississippi. With nearly 10 years experience with notable development and
construction firms such as Falling Water Investments and LandSouth, Chris Co-Founded TerraGreen
Development, where he is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the development process, from
entitlements to site infrastructure improvements and finally end user relations. His tremendous
real estate knowledge and outstanding performance have since let to his being named Director of
High Craft Home. In this role Chris is tasked with the oversight of company sales, financial and
construction management involving all High Craft Homes communities. During his career, Chris has
successfully developed over 4,500 residential lots with a value of over $200 million dollars in Georgia,
Florida, North Carolina and Tennessee for local, regional and national builders. He and his wife live in
Forsyth County with their two daughters.
